Overview

Carries out inspections for coated-area defects and non-coated area defects.This system also performs pattern dimension measurements of coated and non-coated areas while it inspects.

• Defects near the boundary between coated and uncoated areas can also be detected.
• Capable of monitoring curvature of coated edges, and coating misalignment between front and back.
• Maximum speed 4096 to 8192 pixels, at a frequency of up to up to 320 MHz line sensor camera can be equipped
• Supports a 10-bit CIS (Contact Image Sensor) line sensor
