Soft X-ray-type product package internal defect inspection equipment that responds to increased awareness of quality control for safety and reliability

Our product package internal defect inspection equipment irradiates X-rays onto an object being inspected, captures the penetrated transmission amount using an X-ray line sensor camera and detects defects on processed images.
Defect data are stored in the inspection equipment.
