Servoguide Mark-Ⅳ M-Series ELECTLIC-PNEUMATIC TYPE
Overview
The Servoguide MK-IV is a new type of hydraulic controller which embodies our long experience and technology in the field of web control.
The Servoguide MK-IV.M is an electro-hydraulic EPC device. This is the most precise and responsive control method currently available. We also offer a full range of sensors for all applications and reliability needs, and hydraulic servo valves for all loads and operating speeds. Besides EPC, these components can be used in systems for LFC(Line Follow Control) and CPC(Center Position Control) and various servo mechanisms.
M121-AM Single standard
The Model M121-AM receives a signal from the web guide amplifier and converts it into a hydraulic control signal. One Servoguide MK-IV M-series controller is mounted in the hydraulic pump unit. The model is equipped with an AUTO / MAN selecting function, which enables the controller to be swiched from automatic to manual operation, and the reel stand to be moved right and left manually.
M220-AM Twin standard
Two Servoguide MK-IV M series controllers are mounted on one hydraulic pump unit in the M220 model, for economic and compact instrumentation when more than one EPC system such as a laminator line or a multi-stage guide roll is installed nearby.
M721-AM High-load controller
The Model M721-AM is a high-powered Servoguide for high loads and high speed lines.
M550-AM High pressure / High resolution-type controller
The Servoguide Unit Model M550-AM is a controller suitable for use with high-pressure, high-precision lines, using general-purpose industrial servo valves developed by Nireco as its control elements.
M810-AM High-load controller
The Model M810-AM controller incorporates our industrial servo values (Powerguide), giving it greater power output and responsiveness than other models.

System Components
The Servoguide MK-IV. M is composed of a sensor, amplifier, controller, work cylinder, and a guide roll or reel stand. This system can be applied to a wide range of objects with the various sensors available.
